A day of self-discovery and inner resources — a day to recharge, find inspiration and discover something new.
The International Mind & Soul Festival is a festival we held in Swansea together with the Resonance community. It was created by Liudmyla Tsemma, Anastasiia Tkachova and Oleksandra Bershadska.

How it went
A full room, bright eyes and a whole day of practices, honest conversations and new connections. We wanted to create a space where people could simply be themselves, and it feels like we did. Thank you to everyone who stayed with us from start to finish, and to our speakers for sharing not only their knowledge but themselves.
