About

I am a certified coach with 18 years of experience in business and life coaching. Originally from Ukraine, I relocated twice due to the war — first from Luhansk to Kyiv, then to the UK — rebuilding my life from scratch each time. These experiences shaped my resilience and reinforced a key belief: coaching helps you find a way forward in any situation. Today, I support clients in navigating change, making clear decisions, and moving forward with confidence. Even in times of widespread uncertainty, coaching can help you stay firmly on your feet.

I first played Cash Flow in 2014, and it became one of the transformative experiences of my life. I started learning to manage my finances and took my first steps in investing. By summer 2015, I had completed intensive training and become a certified Cash Flow game facilitator. I’m inspired by how the game opens up a new view of money and of the ways to reach your dreams. In every game I see participants discover themselves anew, gain insights, find their own strategies and — most importantly — start thinking like investors and acting on it in real life!

Services

As a coach, I offer: an individual coaching session to address a specific request; personal coaching support (a series of sessions for deep transformation). I work with clients both online and in person.

The Cash Flow game, where you can build your financial thinking, learn to manage money and think like an investor. Formats: online; in person (for groups of 6–7 people on request) — Cardiff, Swansea, Pontyclun, Bristol, London and other locations. Individual, corporate and group games, as well as games for teenagers, are available.

I also help and support with building a personal budget, setting financial goals and ways to reach them, setting up management accounting for business owners, and developing financial literacy.
