Psychotherapist (in training), medical doctor
I help people understand themselves better and move through difficult life periods with more inner support.
I’m a medical doctor by training, but over time I felt the need to understand people on a deeper level than medicine alone allows. That’s what led me to study psychology. Moving to the UK and living in a different culture has expanded my perspective and deepened my sensitivity to people and their experiences. For the past three years, I’ve been studying Gestalt therapy at Kyiv Gestalt University, alongside psychological counselling within a humanistic approach in the UK. I’m still in the process — and I believe real growth happens through the journey itself.
I offer one-to-one psychotherapy sessions, online and, where possible, in person. It’s a space where you can speak openly about yourself without judgment or pressure. I work with themes such as self-esteem, confidence, anxiety, burnout, and the emotional challenges of living in a new country. Together, we explore what’s happening for you and find a way of being in your life that truly fits you.
You can come to me if you feel that something in your life isn’t quite right, but it’s hard to understand exactly what.
You’re also welcome to come without a clear request — sometimes just feeling that “something isn’t right” is enough to begin.
Medical degree; UK counselling training certificates — Level 1, Level 2, Level 3; certificates of training and intensives from Kyiv Gestalt University.
